Once the documentation is received by the KBN, the online validation will reflect: KBN records indicate this licensee is DECEASED.

​In the alternative, the KBN license will lapse when it is not renewed during the annual renewal period (September 15 - October 31). After that date, the online validation will reflect that the license is lapsed.
