How to Verify a Kentucky APRN License to another State Board of Nursing
- There is not a fee for the APRN verification. This information is sent via speed memo through the Nursys system, directly to the board of nursing requesting the verification information. All boards of nursing have access to the Nursys system even if they are not a member. Contact the APRN Licensure Coordinator with the following information:
- Name of APRN
- License # of APRN
- State in which to send APRN Verification information
