NCLEX Pass Rates - One step to becoming a licensed nurse is to pass the National Council Licensing Exam (NCLEX). Pass Rates are the percentage of program graduates who passed the NCLEX upon the first attempt. NCLEX Pass Rates reported for 2013-2016 were calculated using data of first time testers who tested within one year of program completion. The 2017 Pass Rate was calculated using data of first time testers who tested within 6 months of the program completion date. Pass Rates are calculated on a calendar year, January 1 - December 31.

Graduation Rate - Graduation rate is calculated based on the number of students who entered the program at the same time and completed/graduated the program within the maximum timeframe allowed. Calculation is based on the number of graduates each academic year, July 1 - June 30.

Substantiated Nurse Faculty Grievances/Appeals - Substantiated means a formal, written grievance (complaint) or appeal filed under the college/university grievance policy that was resolved in a formal manner. Faculty include all individuals employed full-time, part-time, or adjunct (as needed) to provide didactic (classroom) or clinical instruction.
