Scope of Registered Nursing Practice of Sexual Assault Nurse Examiners in the Use of Anoscope During Forensic Examinations

October 2008 – It was the advisory opinion of the Board that it is within the scope of registered nursing practice of sexual assault nurse examiners who are educationally  prepared and clinically competent to use an Anoscope during forensic examinations.
