Service Details: Basic License Validation

The Kentucky Board of Nursing offers three different levels of credential validation services for your convenience.  Please choose the level of service that works best for you.

Level 1: Basic License Validation

• Search by Name, License #, APRN License #, Temporary Work Permit #, Provisional License #, Dialysis Technician Credential # or SRNA #.  
• Basic License Validation Service Fees: NO CHARGE
