Service Details: Basic License Validation

The Kentucky Board of Nursing offers three different levels of credential validation services for your convenience.  Please choose the level of service that works best for you.

Level 1: Basic License Validation

• Validate up to 40 credentials at a time.
• Search by License Number, Temporary Work Permit Number, or any combination thereof.
• You may also validate the status of a State Registered Nurse Aide or Home Health Aide.  A report is available for download.
• Manual entry of license and permit numbers.
• Basic License Validation Service Fees: NO CHARGE
