Evidence of Graduation

Graduates of In-State Programs of Nursing:   Your program of nursing must submit your name on a certified list of graduates to KBN before you can be made eligible to test.

Graduates of Out-of-State Programs of Nursing:  You must request your program to send an official transcript with degree posted and date of graduation directly to KBN.  Your out of state program may also submit your name on a Certified List of Out-of-State program of Nursing Graduates form.

All documents should be sent to the attention of the Examination Specialist.
