$40 Fee for Some Paper Applications Beginning Sep. 1, 2010

Beginning September 1, 2010, there will be a forty dollar ($40) fee for a paper application for RN or LPN licensure by examination, endorsement and reinstatement, as well as retired status.  Applications received after September 1, 2010 will be returned for resubmission with the additional fee.
