Effective December 1, 2006, state registered nurse aide cards are no longer issued.

You should receive your test results within 30 days from when you did your test.
Test scores will NOT be given out over the phone.
If less than 30 days have passed since your test date, do not contact KCTCS. If more than 30 days have passed, call 1-877-528-2748.
If you are successful, you will receive a letter from the Kentucky Nurse Aide Registry stating that you have been added to the registry. The letter will also provide an expiration date.
Please allow 30 days for your name to appear on the Kentucky Nurse Aide Registry.
