Effective December 1, 2006, state registered nurse aide cards are no longer issued. State registered nurse aides will be be issued a copy of their test scores along with a letter from the Kentucky Nurse Aide Registry stating that they have been added to the registry with an expiration date provided.

Please allow 30 days for your name to appear on the Kentucky Nurse Aide Registry. You should receive your test results within 30 days. If you are successful, you will also receive a letter from the Kentucky Nurse Aide Registry stating that you have been added to the registry with an expiration date provided.
Test scores will NOT be given out over the phone. If less than 30 days have passed since your test date, do not contact KCTCS. If more than 30 days have passed, call 1-877-528-2748.
